Our company selected and employed 9 young cadres with an average age of over 30 years old from early May to mid July 2011, in order to build a knowledgeable, professional, and young cadre team. Through the issuance of public recruitment notices and a combination of personal self recommendation and company selection, and through prescribed procedures such as posting notices, we created a platform for them to showcase their young and promising talents and laid a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development.
