The first session of the company's first employee representative assembly was held on July 28, 2012. Forty formal representatives and eleven non voting representatives from the Workers' Congress, totaling 51 representatives, attended the meeting. The Party Secretary and Chairman of the company delivered a work report titled "Strengthening Market Awareness, Enhancing Product Innovation, Promoting Fine Management, Consolidating Internal Strength, and Comprehensively Improving Service Level" at the Workers' Congress. According to the authority of the Workers' Congress, the representatives reviewed and voted on the work report and various proposals, including the "Rights and Obligations of Employees", "Welfare and Benefits System", "Attendance and Leave Management Measures", "Employee Rewards and Punishments Measures", "Personnel Management System", "Salary and Benefits Assessment Measures" and other rules and regulations, effectively safeguarding the harmonious relationship between employees and the enterprise. This is a conference to promote further development of enterprises, enhance democratic management of enterprises, promote harmony, and achieve victory.
