A team of three experts from Zhejiang Special Equipment Science Research Institute (formerly Zhejiang Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute) reviewed the renewal of our valve manufacturing license on July 18-19.

Our company first obtained the production qualification license for A1, A2, B1, and B2 valves issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine in 2008. After the renewal of the license in 2012 and 2016, we continue to hold the production qualification for A1, A2, B1, and B2 valves, which is valid until May 19, 2020. In July 2019, our company applied to the Administrative Licensing Office of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration for renewal of the license and was accepted. Due to the impact of the COVID-19, the renewal review could not be carried out as scheduled. Our company applied to the Administrative Licensing Office of the State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration for extension of the validity period of the manufacturing license and was approved to be valid until May 19, 2021.

In order to continuously and effectively ensure the validity of our valve manufacturing license qualification during the 2020-2014 fiscal year, Zhejiang Special Inspection Institute has confirmed its acceptance of the commission from the issuing authority, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. Upon invitation from our company, a review of our regulatory valve manufacturing license qualification renewal will be conducted on July 18-19.

The expert group of Zhejiang Special Inspection Institute conducted an on-site evaluation of our company in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Special Equipment Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Special Equipment Safety Supervision, the TSG 07-2019 License Rules for Special Equipment Production and Filling Units, and the Work Rules for Special Equipment Administrative Licensing Appraisal and Evaluation of the State Administration for Market Regulation. The evaluation is mainly divided into the following three aspects:

1、 Review resource conditions: production site, processing and manufacturing equipment, inspection and testing equipment, and personnel status.

2、 Review the quality assurance manual, procedural documents, product manufacturing quality plan, work instructions, and related documents, review the operation records of the quality assurance system and the implementation of product quality manufacturing records.

3、 Sampling inspection of the safety performance of typical manufactured or trial products.

After a 2-day review by the expert group of Zhejiang Special Inspection Institute, our company's quality assurance system has been evaluated as overall effective, and will be renewed after approval by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.
